ARRIVAL TIME

We ask that new clients arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete a client information form. As a courtesy to all guests, appointments end on time regardless of each guest’s arrival time. Please note full charges apply for late arrivals.

AGE REQUIREMENTS

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and guests under 18 years of age must obtain parental consent before receiving any massage or body treatment.

GRATUITY

Prices do not include gratuity. In appreciation for outstanding service cash gratuities only, gratuities may be given to our staff at your discretion. We provide tip envelopes at our reception desk for your convenience. A 20% gratuity will be assessed for spa packages and group parties.

PAYMENT

Payment is required upon completion of service. American Express, Visa, Master Card and Debit are accepted. A $10 minimum for credit card charges. A credit card # is required for group services and spa packages with a 50% deposit added to hold your appointments.

CANCELLATIONS POLICY

We have reserved time and space especially for you and require 48 hours notice for group and package appointment cancellations/rescheduling and 24 hours notice for all other appointments. If less than the required notice is given and failure to call or show for appointments, we reserve the right to charge 50% for the full scheduled session. A credit card may be required to reserve appointments at our discretion.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Share the Bliss Spa Experience with family and friends and give a Gift Certificate. They are ideal for any occasion and may be purchased at the Spa Front Desk or online here. Gift Certificates are non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
